Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, browned and chopped up
1 tsp. onion powder
2 green onions
Veggies (Asparagus, Red peppers), optional
Frontera Chicken Taco Skillet Sauce with Chipotle and Garlic (can be found at Harmon's)
McCormick Taco packet, Southwestern Ranch Chicken
Directions:
Add ingredients to sauce pan and simmer on low until bubbly. Add additional water as needed to thin sauce to desired consistency.
Serve with fried corn tortillas, shredded lettuce, guacamole, pico and cheese
