Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup flour
16 ounces chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
2 cloves garlic (optional)
1 tsp poultry seasoning (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for one minute
2. Add broth slowly. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until desired thickness
3. Add in seasonings.
