1/2 tsp celery salt
1 cup bell pepper
1 small onion

2 lbs lean ground beef
1/8 cup sugar
1 tsp dried mustard
1 ¼ cup ketchup
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
In large skillet sauté bell peppers, and onions or blend if desired. Add group beef, cook until brown. Drain fat, if any. Add all other ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes.
