Hemp Granola

 Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats

2  1/2 cups puffed brown rice

1/2 cup Hemp Hearts

3/4 tsp Pink Himalyan Salt

1 tsp Cardamom

1/4 cup coconut oil melted

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup applesauce

1 tsp vanilla 

Directions:

Mix oats, hemp hearts, salt, cardamom in a bowl.  Melt coconut oil and honey.  Add to dry ingredients along with applesauce and vanilla.  Cook at 350 for 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.  Should be golden brown when done.
