Ingredients:
Chicken breasts or tenderloins
1/2 cup panko
1/4 cup flaxseed
1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
Directions:
Rinse and dry chicken. Chop into nugget sizes. Dip in egg and then breadcrumb mixture. Add a little oil into a fry pan. Cook each nugget until golden brown and no longer pink inside.
