Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Olive oil
1 cup Uncooked long grain rice
1 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
2 cups Chicken broth
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large saucepan and add rice.
2. Cook stirring constantly until rice is golden.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
