Ingredients:
2 bags lettuce
4-5 boiled eggs
1/2 lb. bacon
2-3 chicken breasts
1-2 avocados
2 Roma tomatoes
Blue cheese
Directions:
Grill chicken and chop into chunks, cook and crumble bacon. Slice boiled eggs. Place lettuce on bottom of plate, sprinkle on chicken and bacon. Place eggs and sliced avocado on top. If desired mash one avocado and mix with ranch dressing or use raspberry hazelnut vinaigrette as dressing for salad. Top salad with tomatoes and blue cheese.
