Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 small jar carmel ice cream topping
1 tub Cool Whip
Toffee bits
Directions:
Make cake according to package directions and bake. Let cool 15 minutes and poke holes in cake with a fork. Pour in milk and let it sink in. Pour carmel over cake and refrigerate for 2 hours. Frost with Cool whip and sprinkle with toffee bits.
