Ingredients:
2 quarts frozen raspberries (unsweetened)
1 cup sugar (tart for sweeter add 1/2- 3/4 cup more sugar)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pie crust
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in pie crust. Top pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
