Cream Puffs

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Combine water and butter in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add flour and stir until mixture comes off of walls of pan. Remove from heat and add 4 eggs one at a time; beating each egg for 2 minutes. Place dough in large spoon fulls onto a greased cookie sheet. Let raise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
