1 lb Hamburger
1 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
2 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Butter
5 Tbsp Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Brown hamburger, drain grease and set aside.
2. In pot melt butter, add flour making a paste.
3. Slowly add milk and chicken broth and simmer on low until it begins to thicken.
4. Add onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and yogurt.
5. Stir until smooth and thickened.
6. Add hamburger.
7. Add additional salt and pepper according to taste.
8. Serve over rice or noodles.
