Ingredients:
2 1/4 tsp. yeast
2 cups water
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
Directions:
Combine water, sugar and yeast, allow to stand 5 minutes add remaining ingredients. May need to add additional flour to form nice ball. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Place on cookie sheet with cornmeal and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and then 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter. If desired knead in favorite spices. We use rosemary.
